With a distinguished career spanning over thirty seven years in the oil, gas and energy industry, Engr. Etim B. Asuquo leads Helkai with a rare blend of technical depth, strategic foresight and executive leadership. He holds a Bachelor of Engineering Degree in Electronic Engineering from the University of Nigeria, Nsukka and an MBA from Delta State University. A former Executive Director of Gas Based Assets at the NNPC Gas & Power Investment Company, he has been instrumental in shaping major industrial developments across Nigeria’s energy landscape.

Engr. Asuquo’s expertise cuts across business and project development, engineering design, sales and marketing, construction, commissioning, operations and maintenance, process upgrades and advanced control systems. His portfolio includes work in LNG, fertilizers, petrochemicals, SCADA systems, power infrastructure and large scale industrial installations. He also brings decades of experience in training and capacity development across specialized engineering fields.

He is a Chartered Engineer registered with COREN, a Fellow of the Institute of Management Consultants (FIMC), a Certified Management Consultant (CMC) and an active member of globally recognized professional bodies including the Nigerian Society of Engineers (NSE), the International Society of Automation (ISA), the Industrial Computing Society (ICS) USA, and the Institute of Electrical and Electronic Engineering (IEEE).
